HDPE Monofilament Anti Hail Olive Net with Green Color Harvest Netting

Olive netting is also called an olive harvesting net . It is a catching net used in the collection of olives and various fruits during harvests. Olive harvesting net is knitted with UV stabilized polyethylene monofilament. It is characterized by features such as; durability, UV stabilized, 100% HDPE material, and produced to suit several forms of harvesting and lots more.

Available with flat or raschel weave. The former is particularly suitable for flat terrains. Since they are light and slippery, they make it easier for the operator to drag them on the ground. This net is made with  high-density polyethylene  monofilament and is UV-stabilized. The latter features  reinforced eyelets  sewn directly onto the net. It is applied to the perimeter every two meters to keep it stretched.

The major difference in olive harvesting nets is the modifications in mesh, shape, and weight to suit different harvesting methods. There are two primary types of olive netting, and they are:

• Olive Harvest Net Catcher

This type of olive netting is positioned around a tree to catch olives and other fruits when they fall off naturally from the tree or are manually harvested. They are made of 100% HDPE material and are UV stabilized and durable. When fruits fall off trees, they are accidentally stepped upon or damaged by the fall. Therefore, this net catcher is essential.

• Olive Knitted Slit Nets

These nets have slits, so they can be dangled on tree trunks and poles during harvesting. These olive netting are used during mechanized harvesting. They are strong, UV stabilized, and made of 100% HDPE material. They can also be laid on the ground to catch falling olive and fruits.
