Custom process

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

1. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can produce according to the drawing.

2. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing. After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.

Raw Material Test → Prescribe → Mixing Material → Cutting Material → Weaving → First Par Inspection → Casual Inspection → Burr Dealing →100% Eyes Inspection → Drying → Post Cure → FQC → Packing

After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags.

If there are many bales, we will put the bales on palet. Of course, if you need customized package, we can also make it, but need more money. Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air.
